On the call, we’ll gather background information on your loss and work with you to develop a claim strategy that will put you in the best position to achieve your claim goals. If we are good fit for your claim and you decide to engage us, our firm will proceed to the next phase.

The Manhattan Method provides everything you need to get paid what you’re entitled to from your insurance company after experiencing a major fire or water loss. It consists of four sequential steps that build upon each other to help policyholders achieve Claim Success.
The Manhattan Method
The Manhattan Method is our four-step process that helps policyholders with major fire damage achieve “Claim Success” – $100K to $1MM+ settlements as quickly as possible.
The Process
The Manhattan Method consists of four sequential steps that build upon each other to help policyholders achieve Claim Success.
Discovery
You’ll start with a Discovery with a Public Adjuster from our firm. On the call, we’ll gather background information on your loss and work with you to develop a claim strategy that will put you in the best position to achieve your claim goals. If we are good fit for your claim and you decide to engage us, we will proceed to the next phase.
Triage
The Triage Phase consists of us assigning a team of Public Adjusters to your claim and deploying the proper professionals from our team to the loss site to document the situation, evaluate any urgent needs related to the loss, determine the best path forward, and coordinate meetings with your insurer to build momentum for you through the remainder of the claims process.
Adjustment
In the Adjustment Phase, all the momentum we generate in the Triage Phase comes to life, and our process really shines! The Adjustment phase consists of 2 steps: Preparation and Presentation.
We will prepare your claim, including estimates of repair, inventories, and other claim documents for your loss based upon the activities completed in the Triage Phase. We will provide you with copies of all work products for your review and approval before we proceed to the next step.
Once we have received the your approval, we will present the claim to their insurance company for their review and consideration. We will do everything in our power to push the claim along to confirm coverage and receive the best offer for you.
Settlement
Culminating from all the prior steps in our process, we’ll negotiate to get you paid everything you’re entitled to from your policy. Once the you agree on a settlement, the insurance company will issue payment(s) and you can start the restoration process.
We will be there to assist you post-settlement with any claim-related matters that occur during the restoration process. Common matters include supplements, recoverable depreciation, code upgrades, and others until the property has been fully repaired.
