Position:
Full-Time Field Public Adjuster / Field Sales
Locations:
New York City, Long Island, and Lower Hudson Valley
Responsibilities:
Generating new business for the Company by meeting with policyholders at their properties after they sustain losses. This involves discovering their unique needs and desires, qualifying the prospect, and inviting them to become clients if they are a good fit for our service.
Generating new business by cultivating relationships with key strategic and business partners who can direct business to the Company, including mitigation companies, plumbers, property managers, and others.
Providing Field Adjuster services, as those are understood in the industry, including on-site meetings with insurance companies, taking photos, taking videos, 3-D scans, moisture readings, thermal imaging scans, estimating, etc., while using the Employee’s independent discretion and judgment to accomplish these tasks in ways that meet the Company’s quality standards.
Aiding, advising, and consulting the Company and its colleagues in the management, preparation, presentation, adjustment, and negotiation of property damage claims for the Company including, but not limited to developing adjustment strategies, reviewing claim documents, collaborating with Company’s teams, maintaining up-to-date claim records, developing claim processes, and other activities pertinent to successful claims handling, as is expected of Public Adjusters working on behalf of a client.
Assisting with management of claims, including providing Desk Adjuster services as those understood in the industry from time-to-time.
Providing other related services for the Company as needed from time-to-time.
Compensation:
$84,000 base + commission + benefits
Position:
Full-Time Desk Public Adjuster – Hybrid
Locations:
New York City, Long Island, and Lower Hudson Valley
Responsibilities:
Providing the Company with Desk Adjuster services, as those are understood in the industry such as aiding, advising, and consulting the Company and its colleagues in the management, preparation, presentation, adjustment, and negotiation of property damage claims for the Company including, but not limited to developing adjustment strategies, reviewing claim documents, collaborating with Company’s team, maintaining up-to-date claim records, developing claim processes, and other activities pertinent to successful claims handling, as is expected of Public Adjusters working on behalf of a client.
Assisting with handling of claims, including providing Field Adjuster services as those understood in the industry from time-to-time.
Providing other related services for the Company as needed from time-to-time.
Compensation
$60,000 base + commission + benefits
