How it works

Appraisal Accelerator provides you with the process to succeed in Appraisal. 

  • Team Approach – We assign an Appraiser from our firm to conduct a pre-inspection, mobilize our team to document the loss, assemble a team of outside experts as needed, develop a strong preliminary position scope, and commence the appraisal process.
  • Coordination/Organization – We then coordinate with the Opposing Appraiser to select an Umpire. Once selected, we conduct a joint-inspection of the property, establish an agreed scope, and finalize our position estimate based on the joint-inspection.
  • Follow-Up – Upon completion, we present our estimate, and follow up relentlessly with the Opposing Appraiser to negotiate differences, finalize the Appraisal, and execute the Appraisal Award. If necessary, we will invoke the Umpire.
